Pha, you have been my go to guy for so many things;
relationship advice, friendship advice, and life issues. I am so glad that you
were at UW-Platteville when I really needed a friend. We have bonded and grown
in the shared experience of being queer men of color and advocating for what is
best for us and our community even when it was not always the easy route.
We have shared so many trips together. The most memorable
was our trip to San Francisco. I am grateful that you shared your graduation
trip with me. It has been a great experience getting to know the multifaceted
person that you are. I hope that in your life that you are blessed with the
family and happiness that you deserve. You have worked so hard in your life and
